If you hire us, we also receive the manuscript, artwork, and other files you provide for the project. Our website hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit RocJanePublishing.com, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. These records help us operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

How we use and share information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, complete projects, and manage billing and business records. We share relevant information with the contractors assigned to your project and with providers that support our website, email, file storage, or payments, as applicable. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. We may disclose information when legally required.

How long we keep information

We keep quote inquiries while we respond and follow up. For paid projects, we keep project information while we complete the work and afterward as needed to address questions about the work or resolve disputes. We keep billing and other records as needed for business and legal obligations. We delete manuscript files and working copies from active storage within 90 days after final delivery or project cancellation, unless we need to keep them longer to resolve a dispute or comply with a legal obligation. Copies in routine backups may remain until those backups expire on their normal schedule.
